A charming antique French sugar bowl with lid, produced by the renowned Creil et Montereau manufactory (LM & Cie) in the 19th century. The pattern is titled “FLORA” and features deep cobalt blue holly leaves and berries in a classic transferware technique.
This lidded sugar bowl boasts ornate Rococo-style handles and a sculptural loop finial on the lid. Made from glazed earthenware (terre de fer), this piece showcases the elegance of French tableware design in the 1800s.

Origin: France, circa 1860–1880
Material: Glazed earthenware (semi-porcelain)
Condition: Fair antique condition. Visible crackling (crazing), chips on the lid and rim, and a repaired hairline. Still displays beautifully and remains a collectible item.
