Rare antique Persian ceramic tile featuring a hand-painted Qajar-era scene. The vibrant depiction of two women in traditional attire near a turquoise arched door is finely detailed and full of character.
This piece is crafted with traditional Persian glazing and hand-painting techniques. The subtle crazing (fine cracks in the glaze) and patina on the reverse attest to its authentic age.
Mounted in an aged wooden frame, the tile is ideal for collectors of Islamic art or as a unique wall decor piece.
