Rare hand-carved Ethiopian Orthodox icon with five folding panels. Made of soapstone, engraved on both sides with saints, angels, and the Virgin and Child. Estimated from the early 20th century or earlier. Rusted iron wire hinges. A sacred devotional object and collector's piece.
