A beautiful and authentic antique Chinese porcelain plate dating to the early 19th century, during the Qing Dynasty period.
The plate features a striking cobalt blue underglaze decoration with abstract central calligraphy and radial brushwork around the rim. The design is simple yet bold, with visible brushstrokes that reflect the spontaneity of traditional hand-painted Chinese ceramics.
The base bears a collector’s red wax seal from a French gallery, a mark of provenance and historical appreciation. The footrim is unglazed and reveals the typical brownish ring associated with Qing-period wares.
Perfect for collectors of Chinese antiques, connoisseurs of blue & white porcelain, or those seeking a timeless display piece.
